Join us for an afternoon of Conscious Embodiment. Licensed therapist Andrea Cairella, MC, LPCC will be teaching us a series of practices you can easily and effortlessly integrate into your current devotional practices. Combining trauma-informed practices of trauma release exercises, ChakraDance, Kundalini/Polyvegal yoga, breathwork and vocal sound healing you will first clear out toxins from the body, mind and heart so you can more easily connect with the higher frequencies of your soul energy.
