Welcome to Conscious Connection,
My name is Natalee & I will be your breathwork guide in this cozy bubble on the web. My intention with this offering is to cultivate conscious connection (hence the name) between mind, body, soul - for self and within community.
Together, we will slow down, breathe, share, and tend to our hearts.
My hope is to ignite curiousity and encourage you to deepen your awareness of the magic that is the breath.
This container will be open the last Sunday of each month, beginning April 28 2024 8 AM - 9 AM EST. I will alternate offering times each month between magic morning (8 - 9 AM EST) and easeful evening (8 - 9 PM EST) to be accessible to all. Conscious Connection is heart-inspired & donation-based, minimum $10 per session. ($ collected will be donated to a local non-profit organization, 360 Kids).
Magic Morning (8-9 AM EST): April 28, June 30, August 25
Easeful Evening (8-9 PM EST): May 26, July 28, Sept 29
Each hour connection will include:
- a welcome + introduction to Pranayama breathwork (what to expect & explanation on how to engage in specific breathing techniques)
- meditation and/or intention setting
- active breath sequencing (30-ish minutes)
- psychic sleep (hello healing & bliss!)
- sharing + closing of the space
Please know that no experience is needed & all are welcome!

You will need:
- yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal & eye mask (not required but recommended)
- wear loose fitted, comfy clothes
- eat light, nourishing foods at least 1 hr before breathwork
- use the bathroom before signing on & getting settled
- a cozy, undisturbed space is best!
