I’m so excited to return to one of my favourite intimate venues, Kno Kno Studios in London Fields, to share some of the practices I love: breathwork and sound healing.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet transformative technique that allows you to tune out of the thinking mind and venture into the subconscious realms, allowing you to release tension and emotional blocks; access altered states of consciousness; receive insight, wisdom and clarity you’ve tried to ‘figure out’ through thinking; clear out toxins in the body and generally feel deeply connected to your body.
All of these things and none of these things can happen. There are many different experiences! Come with an open mind. Each breath and sound journey is new, even if you’ve done these practices before.
This two-hour workshop includes:
- Meditation, visualisation and simple breath tools for grounding
- Guided breathwork journey
- Sound healing: Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, rattles and more
- Essential oils, tea and cards
- All hosted in a cosy candlelit space
You’ll receive a short health and waiver form that must be filled in ahead of the session. I’ll be guiding you throughout, offering support as needed.
- Mats and blankets will be provided
- Please wear comfy clothing and bring an eye mask if you can (to block out the light)
- Please avoid heavy meals two hours before the workshop.
