When you join us at our Chelsea sanctuary, you aren't just attending a class—you are entering a dedicated space for transformation and peace.Location: We are located in Chelsea (Manhattan) at243 W 30th Floor, New York, NY 10001, on the 10th floorArrival: We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in and disconnect from the city noise.What to Wear: Comfortable clothing is encouraged for all sessions. We have mats and props, but feel free to bring your own.Our Community Atmosphere:Our events are open to everyone, regardless of experience level or background. We pride ourselves on being a "home away from home" for seekers in NYC.
