Connective Communication Basics

The Elar Institute is a school focused on the science of connection.We're committed to thinking globally and acting locally to transform the way people treat people.We believe it is primarily an educational gap that has resulted in the violence, intolerance and individual turmoil we see around us today. Our programming fills this gap. It lies at the intersection of emotional intelligence, mindfulness and creativity.We offer classes to individuals, as well as, teams. We also, create fun, interactive projects for our community.

The Elar Institute

Connective Communication focuses on the quality of connection experienced with the self, others and the world. By shifting out of judgement, blame and criticism (which result in disconnection) and into awareness, compassion and understanding (which result in connection) we are able to foster meaningful relationships, clear thinking, and create powerful strategies for aspects of life that matter to us. This is an introductory course for individuals 18 years and older.
