"Connections in Motion" is a 6 week group experience for women ages 35+ who are looking to cultivate mind and body wellness. Each group meeting will include a moderately paced group walk and a therapist-led discussion on themes such as fostering supportive connections, mind-body wellness, body confidence, implementing goals, self advocating, relationships, boundaries, and more!
Group is designed and led by Green Door Therapist Jessica Bright, LPC who understands the issues and challenges women ages 35+ are facing in society, relationship roles, balancing work-life-family-personal interests, desire for more life satisfaction, with the importance of physical and mental wellness. We believe that you deserve a space to honor your needs alongside a supportive group of women.
