After a meditation to guide you to connect with your Higher Power, Loving Parent, and Inner Child, you will have the opportunity to use the art supplies provided to create whatever your inner child wishes, while witnessed and affirmed by your Loving Parent and supported by your
Higher Power. Following a visualization to integrate all of these parts within you, time will be open for those who wish to share what the experience was like for them.

About the presenter.

Sharon will celebrate her 4 year ACA anniversary in May. She loves animals, nature, singing and chanting mantra, and allowing her inner child to create art in many forms. Her own experience exploring nature and creativity with her inner child led her to reach out and share this practice with others.
