Ritual Tantra

<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>Pujas have been described as "Tantric speed-dating," but the real meaning of puja is "to worship." After warming up as a group, we'll practice some sweet exercises in pairs using sound, breath, energy, and conscious touch to connect with and worship the divine self in each of us. You can come with a partner, or find partners to do the exercises with at the event; we'll have opportunities to switch around so that everyone gets a chance to work with multiple partners. Come taste the delights that this simple Tantric ritual offers. </SPAN></DIV>
