Come meditate, play ice-breaker and authentic relating games, and connect with your fellow humans! Held virtually on Zoom.

We believe having a designated space to be your authentic self with your fellow humans is truly empowering. What a wonderful thing it is when you’re able to be who you are with others and feel a part of a community.This is what we build at connection parties!Parties consist of:<ul><li>Group meditation</li></ul><ul><li>Fun ice breaker and get-to-know-you games</li></ul><ul><li>Deep-dive, authentic relating exercises to share whoever we are that day and navigate through our inner lives.</li></ul>What you can expect:<ul><li>Games where we share with the group as well as &quot;breakout rooms&quot; where you&#x27;ll have the opportunity to relate one-on-one in facilitated exercises</li></ul><ul><li>A safe space that allows you to be vulnerable and share as much as you&#x27;re comfortable with (we NEVER force anything)</li></ul><ul><li>Learning about others and about yourself</li></ul><ul><li>Developing insight into your own and others&#x27; humanity</li></ul>Connection Parties are for anyone looking for sincere human connection and seeking to better their own communication with others. Find new friends, have a unique &amp; fulfilling experience—laugh, connect, be free. We look forward to &quot;partying&quot; with you!Event details:Parties are currently held on Zoom. Before attending, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and the most recent version of Zoom installed. Please arrive to the Zoom on time, as we will lock the virtual doors and start promptly at 1:05 PM PST. You will receive information on how to join the Zoom after you purchase your ticket.Parties are led by Emily Rebecca, whose passion for self-development and human connection brought her to this path. Emily has experience in theatre and hosting live-streaming events that bring strangers from all around the world together. For the past decade, she has been obsessed with self-development and absorbed the knowledge of self-help experts that she now translates to others. She loves group games that create a sense of community and laughter and mixes her bright, goofy spirit along with her passion for self-growth in her sessions.
