Meet the women behind Diamonds by the Sea - Anna, Denise, Sally and Gabriella. We came together through connection, shared ideas and the belief that the right room can open something new. Connection. Expansion. Flow. was created from that experience, and now we want to share it with you.

Your Host and Guide - Shannon B.
Shannon B. is an identity coach, speaker and founder of Shannon. B the Light Coaching. Her work invites women to love themselves, take up space and let their inner light shine.
Lead by Denise Wills
SEE IT. FEEL IT. BECOME IT.An immersive journey into the life you’re ready to create. What if you could see the life you desire, feel it as though it’s already yours, and begin becoming the version of you who lives it?Join me for an uplifting experience exploring visualisation, vision, energy and the power of imagery.Through beautiful visuals, guided visualisation, music, sound and vision boards, we’ll create space to dream bigger, connect with what you truly want and experience your future in a whole new way.
Lead by Gabriella Welch
Your outer world begins to change when your inner identity changes.Gabriella will teach you the importance of releasing old conditioning and shift identity to embody a new way of thinking, feeling and living — so your outer life begins to reflect who you have become within. You will also learn a simple yet powerful ritual you can practise anytime to release old emotional patterns, create inner peace and make space for a new chapter.Because the greatest transformation happens when you stop living from who you used to be and start embodying who you are becoming.
Lead by Anna M Bart
Move What Matters: From Decision to ClarityClarity doesn't always come before action. Sometimes, it comes because we take action. We will explore how decisions, attention and action work together to create momentum, and why waiting for complete certainty can keep us standing still. You will discover how making a decision creates direction, how focused attention supports progress, and how taking action gives us the feedback we need to gain clarity and keep moving forward.Because you don't need to have everything figured out to begin. Sometimes, the way forward becomes clearer once you start moving.
Lead by Sally Wilks
We are manifesting our lives in every moment, whether we are conscious of it or not.Sally will teach you how to make your manifestations intentional, to help you understand how to bring more of what you want into your life.
Lead by Sally Mudge and Shannon B.
Take a moment to pause, reflect on what truly matters and explore what lies ahead.Through guided journaling with Shannon, accompanied by the soothing sounds of Sally's gong and sound experience, you'll create space for fresh perspectives, inner clarity and new possibilities.A moment to turn your attention inward and explore what comes next.

Come open. Come as you are.

Come on your own, bring a friend, or share the afternoon with someone you love. The room is designed to make connections feel natural, whether you arrive knowing people or not.Bring a notebook, something to write with and your energy.

What might you leave with?
You may leave with new connections, a fresh perspective, a clearer sense of what matters next and something meaningful to take forward. And perhaps just as importantly, feeling lighter, calmer, more open and a little more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
