Shannon Salentine is a coach, speaker, and global health consultant. She works one on one with individuals and teams  to find clarity in their purpose, take action, and make a difference in the world. Leadership and team coach, Shannon believes that radical self-trust, understanding your life purpose, and acting courageously are keys to living the fully integrated and authentic life you deserve. On the day to day, you can find Shannon coaching, collaborating, and speaking on living a mindful and purpose-driven life.Shannon is trained in co-active coaching. She holds a Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation and a Master of Public Health from Tulane University. She lives in Durham, NC with her husband, two kiddos, and their pup Scout.

Over the past month, I’ve had the chance to connect with many of you in the global dev, health, and social impact community. As a community familiar with what it takes to navigate uncertainty and complexity, I’ve been energized by our conversations around commitment and resilience- commitment to doing the work that is needed in the world right now and the resilience it takes to work under such difficult circumstances.During this call, we'll talk about how we’re doing during these unprecedented times. We’ll talk about what’s hard, what we’re learning, and the challenges and opportunities we face. This call is for you if you're purpose-driven and looking for a community to share with and learn from right now.
