Diana Raab, MFA, PhD is a Santa Barbara writer and an award-winning memoirist, poet, thought-leader and author of 14 books. Her work has been published and anthologized world-wide. She facilitates writing workshops on memoir and writing for healing and transformation. She has taught at UCLA Extension, UCSB Extension, The Santa Barbara Writers Conference, 1440 Multiuniversity, Hugo House and others. She writes for Psychology Today, The Wisdom Daily,
