These courses will provide current and/or aspiring recovery coaches (or other recovery support professionals) the education, and skills, needed to provide person-centered recovery support.

Description:Learning Objectives:<ul><li>Identify common adult learning preferences and how they show up in supervision.</li></ul><ul><li>Adapt coaching and training approaches to accommodate different learning styles.</li></ul><ul><li>Apply strategies to increase follow-through among staff with varied processing and communication styles.</li></ul><ul><li>Evaluate when performance challenges are related to learning differences versus motivation or accountability issues.</li></ul> CEU Information:This course provides 2.0 CEU’s.
