In this presentation, we'll take a fascinating, 15-minute dive into "the art of leaping," a powerful tool developed by Tara Mohr, founder of the global Playing Big leadership program for women and author of the best-selling book, "Playing Big." Based on 10-months of study with Tara, Deb will introduce you to the six elements of a playing-big leap and take you through the process of crafting your own personal or professional leap, one that you can complete within 1-2 weeks and 'gets you playing bigger now.'
My talk relates to my experience of becoming a Firewalk instructor and everything I did to walk through the fear of getting certified. It also relates to how women don't chase their dreams or desires because of lack of confidence, lack of money, and lack of support.
