About the Instructor
Christina L. Suarez is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist and the Founder of Luminous Energy Exchange, an educational center in Miami. With over 16 years in private practice, Christina has developed a highly specialized approach that bridges clinical bodywork and intuitive healing.

Her work focuses on addressing postural imbalances, soft tissue rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery, helping clients restore function, reduce pain, and move more freely in their bodies. At the same time, Christina integrates an energetic awareness into her sessions—treating not only the physical structure, but the deeper patterns held within it.

Known for her intuitive style, Christina often works with her eyes closed, allowing her sense of touch to guide the session and “listen” to the body in a more refined way. This unique method creates a deeply personalized experience, where each session unfolds according to what the body truly needs.

Through both her private practice and educational offerings, Christina is passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies, access their own healing potential, and experience the transformative power of intentional touch.
