What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There will be parking available throughout Sunriver Resort to accommodate your needs.

Do I need to reserve hotel accommodations?

Yes. Registration does NOT include hotel accommodations.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring your printed registration confirmation to the event. This confirmation will be used for check-in at the registration desk.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you may update your registration information by logging into your Eventbrite Attendee Account and editing the contact information associated with your registration. Step-by-step instructions can be found in Eventbrite's help section.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Check-in and registration at the conference will go more smoothly if the registered name matches the attendee. You may transfer your registration.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, you may transfer your registration into another person's name by logging into your Eventbrite Attendee Account and editing the contact information associated with your registration. Step-by-step instructions can be found in Eventbrite's help section. We would prefer transfers be completed before Marech 27 to ensure we have the correct name tags and to help check-in and registration go more smoothly.

How do I pay for organizational dues?

Since each organization has their own dues system we are not offering, at this time, to pay for dues on Eventbrite. OCEAN will accept checks at the registration desk if you or your organization would like to pay the 2019 $10 dues at the conference.
