  • Styles of conflict resolution
  • Practicing active listening and empathy
  • Strategies to work through conflict i.e. dialogue, mediation, negotiation, finding common ground
  • Creating alternative solutions that work for everyone

This workshop is made available through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture - Rural Development.
