Frequently asked questions

What is your Refund Policy?

You can submit a refund request through Eventbrite until June 14, 2024. Please note that Eventbrite fees CANNOT be refunded. After June 14, no refunds will be processed. However, registrants may send someone else in their place.

Where can I find the presentation slides and/or handouts?

Presentation slides and/or handouts will be posted prior to the conference on the CP State website.

Will the sessions be recorded? If so, where can I access them?

Yes, the sessions will be recorded. Registration for this event includes access to a recording of the sessions, which can be downloaded. The link to the recording will be sent to attendees after the conference.

Why is this conference a 1-day, virtual event instead of a 2-day, in person like previous years?

We decided to change the time of year the Clinical Conference takes place annually to Spring instead of Fall. Due to the time constraints between the last Clinical Conference (Nov. 2023) and this one, we opted for a shorter, virtual event so we could transition to the future scheduling smoothly.

I'm interested in sponsoring this event, or a different CP State event - How do I find out more?

We have multiple packages available for every level of involvement a sponsor could want & we'd be happy to discuss them with you! Please reach out to Tim Ferguson at tferguson@cpstate.org or by phone at 518-436-0178 and let him know which conference you are interested in.

Can I get CEUs/CMEs if I watch the recording of the sessions but do not attend the sessions live?

No. You must be present in the Zoom meeting for the duration of the session(s) you wish to obtain CEUs/CMEs for.

I have a question about registration that isn't answered on this page, who can help?

For registration-related issues or questions, please contact Angela Anderson at aanderson@cpstate.org or by phone 518-436-0178.

I still have some questions about the conference itself, who can help?

For any conference or program-related questions or concerns, please reach out to Deb Williams at dwilliams@cpstate.org or by phone at 518-436-0178.
