​Join us on Saturday 10/10 for an outdoor immersive journey through breath, sound, movement & connection.

​Inspired by the nature of concentric circles, one circle expanding into another, we explore how a single breath, a single beat, or a single person can create a ripple that connects us all.

​This family-friendly experience brings together breathwork, dance, live percussion, cacao, sound healing, and authentic human connection in an immersive journey surrounded by nature.

​We’ll begin by arriving together, slowing down, connecting, & sharing cacao, before opening into a guided breath and dance journey.

​Tara & Lauren will guide the experience through playful breathwork, movement, and spontaneous moments of connection.

​Issa will shape the sonic journey weaving rhythmic and soulful sounds throughout the experience, joined by Gavin and live percussion musicians who will bring the energy of the moment to life through rhythm and improvisation.

​Austin will serenade us into stillness with a soulful sound healing experience, giving us space to integrate, breathe, and land together.

​6-7PM: Arrival, Connection & Cacao

​7-9PM: Breath & Dance Journey

​9-10PM: Sound Bath & Closing Circle

​Expect movement, play, live percussion, immersive sound, breath, connection, and a few surprises.
