About this event

📅 May 16, 2024 🕖 7:00 PM- 8:30 PM
The act of concentrating is as important to us today as it was to ancient Tibetan buddhists - and with good reason! Concentration helps us solve problems, overcome personal obstacles, and maintain peace in our daily lives; it’s essential to building our destiny and making a better world.

In this event, we’ll review the symbolism in 17th century Lama Blo-bzang Don-yod’s drawing representing the path to awakening our consciousness.

Rather than long, occasional workshops, we’ll give you tools to practice concentration daily with mental and physical exercises.
