The best help in when things go LEFT is the person RIGHT next to you.
That help is best when you TRUST that person.
We are each other's greatest hope for survival and recovery.
Sometimes disaster is so big, the whole community has to come together, like we did after the May 16 tornado.
The Community First Responder Collective is a community based effort to increase our ability to help our neighbors when crisis occurs. We invite you to a series of gatherings to foster connection and knowledge on how we can support one another, while also learning the historic roots of why communities are so often left without what they need after disaster. We will also explore some basic human biology as we explore true health and wellbeing together.
