White Harvest Farms invites you to attend an educational composting class lead by our soil biologist, Allen Skinner. He is studying to be a Soil Food-web Consultant through Dr. Elaine Ingham’s program www.soilfoodweb.com. In this class the group will receive an overview of WHF NRCS grant findings, compost and soil biology explanation, hands-on compost making portion, microscope analysis portion which gives students a visual of the good and bad guys in the soil.COVID Details - this event is all outdoors, social distancing is encouraged and masks are encouraged.Other details: This will be hands on / outdoors / buggy so please come prepared with light weight long sleeve clothing, closed to shoes, gloves, bug spray, hat, sunscreen and a water bottle.
