Compliance CPR is focused on best practice training for clerks to improve service skills. The four sequential training modules teach how to improve customer service, maximize productivity, and analyze reporting results. This event is Module 1 - Communications and this module has 6 locations to choose from.

Don Murphy is the Principal and Senior Consultant for Compliance Improvement Services (CIS), providing consulting and training for courts and local government. He is a Fellow with the National Center for State Courts and has over 25 years of court administration experience.
Doug Isabelle has been with the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation, (FL-CCOC) since 2009. He brings to the CCOC nearly 30 years of experience in state and federal government and over 10 years with the Clerk’s Association. Doug holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Albany New York State University providing consulting expertise to CIS consulting and training projects.

What are my parking options?
There is ample free parking at the Jackson County Agriculture Office, Extension Services.
What to bring: Pen and paper for notetaking. No additional resources are needed for this training. If you bring a computer, you may wish to bring an extension cord as outlets are located on the exterior walls.
Dining: You may bring food or snack items into the training room. CIS, Inc. will provide lunch. If you have any food restrictions, please contact Marleni Bruner at mbruner@flccoc.org.
