The Compliance Assistance for Supply & Service Contractors event will guide federal contractors through their Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations under EO 11246, VEVRAA, and Section 503.
Staff will provide an overview of the scheduling process for compliance investigations, including what a contractor needs to do when they receive a scheduling letter. We will discuss the different stages of a Supply and Service compliance review, including the elements of the desk audit and the on-site review. Also, staff will share some of the common problem areas OFCCP sees during compliance reviews.
