How much is a ticket?

Each ticket is $100. This includes a single 30 minute treatment of choice, gift bag and access to exclusive product and package deals. Tickets are non-refundable.

What happens after I purchase my ticket?

After you purchase your ticket, our team will contact you to allocate a time that works best for you. If you require a specific time, please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability.

Question 3

What treatment will I receive on the day?

Accepted Answer

You will select one treatment at the time of booking (Glace, Dr Spicule or laser pigment removal). Each treatment is tailored on the day to suit your skin following an assessment. LED treatments are free and accessible on the day depending on availability.

Question 4

What should I do before my appointment?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving with clean skin where possible and avoiding active ingredients (such as retinoids or exfoliating acids) 48 hours prior to treatment. Please avoid sunburn or spray tanning prior to your appointment.

Question 5

Can I have a treatment if I have sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Many of the treatments offered are gentle or can be adapted. However, suitability will be determined on the day. If a treatment is not appropriate, an alternative option may be recommended.

Question 6

Is there downtime or aftercare I need to know?

Accepted Answer

Each treatment has different downtime or aftercare requirements. Dr Spicule & laser pigment removal do require downtime due to temporary redness, dryness and sensitivity.  Please enquire prior to purchasing if you are concerned with downtime requirements. Your professional will advise on the day.

Question 7

Are the results immediate?

Accepted Answer

Some treatments, such as Glace, will leave the skin looking refreshed. Other treatments work progressively by supporting skin health over time. More than one treatment or other treatment options may be advised on the day. Please note, laser pigment treatments may require multiple sessions.
