Solange Ross, women's health physical therapist and postpartum core specialist, is going to be hosting her Complete Core Class in a NEW studio space at Downtown Dance Factory. Fall Semester runs from 9/15 through 12/15. Class is held from 9:30am-10:30am. Join us on Sept 15th for a Grand Opening with post workout snacks, juices, talk about your pelvic floor and an amazing giveaway!
Complete Core will teach you to connect with your pelvic floor and deep core muscles and show you how to integrate this work into full body toning and all forms of exercise. We begin with breathing and targeted exercises to connect to the core and integrate potural muscles and full body, dynamic movements. Complete Core helps restore healthy movement for your body to prevent common pelvic and orthopedic conditions that occur with aging.
You will need to bring is a yoga mat to class.
