Compassion Fatigue & Wellness Workshops in Portland, Oregon are an experiential workshop for caregivers, substance abuse providers, healers, mental and health care workers covering ways to manage the stress and demands of our work.

Take the time for a professional check-up and gather in a small, supportive, interactive, and relaxed environment to begin or continue the conversation about the demands of the work we do. You will learn about the impact of compassion fatigue as we care for others, and Katherina will teach you the essential tools to lessen the impact. You’ll participate in activities that reflect on your needs and strengths to manage the exhaustion.
