About this event

Explore strengthening poses and find a greater state of mindfulness while surrounded by the beauty of Shaker spaces and nature. This weekly class is suitable for both those experienced in tai chi practice as well as newcomers. We encourage all attendees to wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Suggested donation $15-$20.
