Using Reflective Structured Dialogue (RSD) to build consensus and support collective decision-making
Essential Partners’s Community Summit is an opportunity to collaborate with, learn from, and connect with others doing dialogic work. This year’s Summit is focused on using Reflective Structured Dialogue (RSD) to build consensus and support collective decision-making.
We will hear from two partners. Dr. Michael Siegel launched Bridging the Divide on the Firearm Policy, a project that brought together 23 gun owners and non-gun owners to develop a novel state-level gun policy platform through RSD. We will also be joined by YMCA partners who are being equipped with RSD to support the needs of the communities they serve.
