Community Summit – Empowering Alabama’s Nonprofit Leaders
Join us for the Community Summit, a statewide gathering designed to educate, equip, and inspire Alabama’s nonprofit leaders. This full-day experience blends professional development and networking through dynamic workshops, expert panels, peer learning, and interactive sessions. Attendees will leave with practical tools, fresh connections, and bold strategies to expand their impact in the communities they serve.

Bringing together nonprofit professionals, grassroots organizers, community partners, and thought leaders, the Summit fosters collaboration, resource sharing, and innovation—culminating in a lively Community Mixer to close out the day.

Summit Overview
The Community Summit delivers a full day of connection, learning, and action. The morning begins with an energizing Welcome & Opening Session that unites attendees around a shared vision, followed by two focused, hands-on workshops designed to provide practical tools and immediate application for nonprofit and community leaders.

Midday, participants will explore the Resource Fair, connecting with mission-driven organizations and partners before gathering for Lunch & the Keynote Address. During this inspiring session, our keynote speaker will offer a compelling perspective on leadership, community impact, and the future of collaborative work.

The afternoon continues with two additional interactive workshops that move beyond theory into strategy and implementation. Each session is intentionally designed to equip attendees with clear next steps, actionable plans, and renewed momentum.

The day concludes with Closing Remarks and an optional Community Mixer—a relaxed and celebratory gathering with refreshments, music, and exciting giveaways. Attendees must be present to win, making it the perfect way to connect, reflect, and celebrate the partnerships and progress built throughout the day.
