A reflective and restorative community circle to explore the gifts and challenges of catching stones. $15 per person includes CATCHER stone.

In partnership with the <a href="https://www.ncrconline.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">National Conflict Resolution Center</a> you are invited to join us as we gather in a virtual community circle to share<ul><li>personal perspectives, thoughts, and feelings about advancing social justice in your work/community, </li><li>what it means to be a stone catcher, and</li><li>how this important work is showing up in your world.</li></ul>A community circle is a unique and special space that invites authenticity, courage, and human-to-human connection. Grounded in ancient practices, community circles have been used by communities to share burdens, solve problems, and celebrate together. In this space everyone is valued equally and we draw on collective wisdom for the benefit of the entire community.In circle we not only hear one another, we hear ourselves more deeply, and strengthen our bonds as a community of people supporting one another in life-giving and life-changing work.This is a unique opportunity to experience this reflective, restorative and community building practice, build your personal resiliency while expanding your network of like-hearted leaders and explore possibilities to bring this experience to your own organization with provided underwriting.This program is offered as part of <a href="https://fieldstoneleadershipsd.org/project-stone-catcher/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Project Stone Catcher</a> and serves to introduce new experiences and leadership tools to nonprofit professionals. It is a timely opportunity to build on <a href="https://fieldstoneleadershipsd.org/project-stone-catcher/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Equity Journey </a>and <a href="https://fieldstoneleadershipsd.org/fortify/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Fortify: The Racial Equity Series</a>. However, participation in those programs in not required to participate in the Circle.Program Date: January 29th from 10:00am to 12:00pm on ZOOMProgram Cost: $15 per person, which includes participation in the Circle and a CATCHER stone.

Our “CATCHER” stone serves as a reminder of one’s commitment to catching stones, especially during hard times, and to help one identify others who are also working in solidarity as Stone Catchers. Leaders are encouraged to put their stone where they and others can see it -- this way, it might generate curiosity from others and provide stone catchers the opportunity to share the story of the stone and invite others to join our work for social justice.
