Community Open House - Hostetter Station Transit-Oriented Development
You're invited to an open house to learn about the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) at VTA’s Hostetter Station.
The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) invites you to the second community open house for an update on the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) at the Hostetter Station Park & Ride lot.
VTA has partnered with the Santa Clara County Housing Authority to build affordable housing at the site. This meeting will provide an opportunity to engage directly with VTA, meet the selected developer and their architect, and provide input on proposed transit improvements in the area.
We want to hear from you to help shape this development and improve the station area.
Drop in any time between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. This is a family-friendly event with activities for children! A light breakfast will be served.
Local Transit: VTA Orange Line Light Rail or a short walk from Bus Route 70
