Community Open House at the NEW Security Square Center

Join us at the official community opening of our new home, the Security Square Center at Chase Brexton Health Care. Hosted by the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership, we will be glad to welcome you. Tour the Center to view exam rooms, dental opporatories, and behavioral health rooms, gather with health and community leaders from partnering institutions, and learn more about our special mission.

A special welcome and ribbon cutting will take place at 5:30.

Guests are encouraged to bring a donation of dry foods or toiletries for the Every Meal Matters Program, accessed for free by patients in need.

We appreciate our event sponsors, Charles O'Connell and Mark Lester, Financial Advisors.

Refreshments and lite fare will be served.

Yes! You are welcome to bring a guest. Please be sure to register them.

Where do I park?

When you arrive, you'll enter the Security Square Mall campus. Look for the green parking lot signs - we are located near, #14

Do I need to bring anything?
