A sound bath is an immersive, whole-person meditative experience in which sound vibrations guide the mind, body, and soul to cultivate release, reset, and rejuvenation.

Frequently asked questions
This is a donation-based, pay-what-you-are-able event! No one will be turned away for lack of funds, and your presence is not just welcome but wanted and celebrated! If you are unable to donate, simply enter $0 as your donation amount, and your spot will be reserved!
Please bring a yoga mat, any items that make you comfortable such as a pillow and blanket, and an item that you may want to receive a blessing (optional). Also, please bring a journal, pen, and any other items that might help you feel comfortable/safe in this space! Limited extra mats avaiable.
Onsite parking will not be available, but there is free street parking along Brommer and within a quarter-mile on adjacent streets!
A qualified yes to this! There is nothing that would be inherently harmful to a person who is pregnant; however, if you are experiencing conditions that might put you at risk in your pregnancy, please seek a medical professional's guidance or trust your intuition if you feel nervous about risk.
We are passionate about making our events accessible to all of us! If there is a need for childcare, we have ideas we are workshopping to provide this on-site and will do our best to make this an option! Please contact us if this is a need for you.
All identities (race, gender, class, sexuality, age, nationality, religious/spiritual/secular identity, and ability) are wanted, celebrated, and affirmed here! All who seek to live in love, justice, and joy together are welcome! Bigotry, hate, and offensive or threatening behavior is not tolerated.
Sound baths can be therapeutic but are not "therapy" in and of themselves. Please be aware that strong emotions or memories may emerge during the sound journey. We can joyfully recommend mental health professionals for you with whom we work closely!
We ask that you refrain from using substances, including alcohol and drugs, in the hours before and during the Sound Bath event that may alter your experience of the space and community, or that may distract others. This is simply to make sure you and others experience this journey safely.
This is a trauma-informed, trauma-transformative, and survivor-centered space!
After expenses, any remaining proceeds are split between Sacred Adventure Wellness and The Rewilding Ministry, a 501(c)(3), to support the creation of future events! We share a mission of cultivating personal, collective, and systemic transformation by making healing accessible to all of us.
