About this event
Learn how to save a life from an opioid overdose by administering life saving Narcan (Naloxone).
This free training is delivered by Fairfield AMR
Each registered participant aged 18 and up will receive a free Narcan kit upon completion of the training.
Please register for one of the trainings offered monthly on the 3rd Thursday.
About the organizer
Fairfield CARES Community Coalition, established in 2009, is a town-wide organization including parents, school representatives, local business leaders, law enforcement personnel, clergy, counseling professionals and youth services organizations.
Fairfield CARES envisions a community that promotes healthy, responsible choices through prevention and education for youth, young adults, and families.
The Fairfield CARES Community Coalition focuses on preventing substance misuse, fostering social and emotional wellness and resilience among youth, young adults, and families. The Coalition builds capacity, mobilizes the Fairfield community, and develops comprehensive strategies to help families make healthy choices that allow youth and young adults to thrive.
