Community Mindfulness + Sound Bath is an immersive experience that combines elements of mindfulness meditation with the therapeutic power of sound. Participants gather in a communal setting where they engage in guided mindfulness practices led by an instructor. In this case, Sarah and Autumn. This typically involves focused breathing, body awareness, and relaxation techniques aimed at fostering present moment awareness and stress reduction.

In addition to mindfulness practices, participants are enveloped in a sound bath, where various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tools are played. The vibrations and harmonics produced by these instruments are believed to promote deep relaxation, balance energy, and facilitate a meditative state.

Together, the combination of mindfulness and sound creates a serene environment conducive to inner exploration, healing, and collective well-being. This experience often fosters a sense of connection within the community and offers a space for individuals to unwind, recharge, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and presence.

Who is Autumn!

Autumn is a licensed mental health professional and student of mindfulness. She has a deep understanding of mindfulness practices and the therapeutic potential of sound, leading participants on a journey of inner exploration and rejuvenation.


What to Expect!

*Doors open at 4:45 PM.

*We invite you to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in with a cup of warm Chamomile Tea or water, find a comfortable space, and silence electronic devices.

*Are you looking to release tension and let go of stress? This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to achieve deep relaxation and inner balance.

*During the Community Mindfulness + Sound Bath event, you can expect to participate in guided mindfulness practices led by an instructor, focusing on breathing, body awareness, and relaxation techniques. You'll also experience a soothing sound bath created by various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, aimed at promoting deep relaxation and inner balance. This immersive experience fosters a sense of community, allowing you to unwind, recharge, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and presence.

Frequently asked questions

Who can experience a session?

All are welcome. Please be mindful all participants will be in a laying down &/or sitting up position for a maximum of 60 minutes (based on session offerings).

What experience is necessary?

No prior experience is necessary. Beginners will tune into their internal energies and enjoy a deep and sometimes challenging meditative experience. More advanced meditation practitioners will deepen their experience and make new inroads to their spiritual awareness.

What if I need to cancel?

Space is limited, so reserve your spot now! If plans change, please request your cancellation whenever possible.

What do I bring?

We will provide everything required for this experience. Please wear comfortable clothing, have an open mind, and get ready to embark on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. You may bring an unscented eye mask, journal, favorite crystals, and/or essential oils to enhance your experience.

Free parking is on-site.

How will I feel after a session?

It is important to note that every session is unique to each person. After the sound bath, you may feel dreamy or be in a relaxed state. Participants have also reported to feel heart-centered emotions, rejuvenated, energized, calm, curious, and more.

What are the recommendations after a session?

Immediately after a session, we recommend all people to drink plenty of water the rest of the day. We highly recommend to continue self-regulation strategies on a daily basis between sessions by setting intentions and building a consistent practice for wellness.
