Community Impact

The purpose of the Community Impact event is to share local data, information and resources as it relates to substance misuse and mental health concerns in Yadkin County. The Yadkin County Health and Human Services Agency will be sharing their recent Community Health Assessment findings. The Yadkin County Opioid Action Coordinator and Opioid Community Paramedic will share resources and programs they are implementing in the county. Partners Health Management will discuss information about substance use and mental health disorders. Community agencies and organizations will have tables there to share their services and resources. There will be food and door prizes (you must be present at the end to win a door prize). The event is free and open to the public.
