Texas Health Faith Community Nursing will be hosting the Community Health Ministry Forum and we would like to invite you and your faith community leadership to attend.

This event is designed to provide faith community leaders, faith community nurses, health promoters and community members with resource information, health ministry ideas, encouragement, fellowship, and build networking opportunities with community leaders.
The event will be offered in two sessions. You are welcome to attend the Session One, Session Two, or Both.
Session One: 1:00p to 6:00p
This session will include education breakout sessions and participants will hear from area leaders on the topics of trauma informed care, mental health, grief support, and congregational health and well-being. There will also be an opportunity for you to connect with area resource that support health related ministries and requests.
The event learning activities have been submitted for approval to award contact hours for nurses, social workers, and community health workers.
Session Two: 6:00p to 8:00P
This session will include dinner along with a panel discussion event and an opportunity for networking. During the panel discussion, you will hear from current health ministry/program leaders about their outreach programs and how they do the work they do, and will be inspired to start or continue activities that care for your community.
