All Johnston County residents are invited to participate in the Community Health Needs Assessment focus group. The focus group will address challenges to accessing and achieving optimal health in Johnston County.

This is your chance to have your voice heard and make a difference in our community!

*A meal will be served, please arrive at 5:30 PM for food. Focus group begins at 6PM-7PM.
