No. Everyone is welcome, whether you're a member or it's your first time with us.

What should I bring?

Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

What's included in the £5?

Your ticket includes the Mat Pilates class plus your choice of a coffee, tea (hot or iced), or a soft drink after the session.

Absolutely! Community Flow is all about bringing people together. Many people will be coming on their own, and we'd love to welcome you.

Is this a Reformer Pilates class?

No, this is a Mat Pilates class. We wanted to create an event that everyone could enjoy together. While our Reformer classes are intentionally kept small to give each person individual attention, Community Flow is our chance to bring more people together in one space.
