JOIN US as we simulate a month in the life of a community that's not flourishing so we can discuss what's working and not working in reality. We can then share resources and challenges when it comes to supporting and empowering those in our community.
- You'll leave with a sense of solidarity with peers from across Dallas County who work in different sectors but want the same things for our communities. You'll have a shared experience, new language, and great conversation starters that will allow you to learn from one another and cheer each other on.
- 100% of participants are excited to have a deeper conversation with someone in their life about how they're really doing. 85% want to be more equipped personally. 75% want to partner with another organization in their community. And 72% want to bring professional development to their team to help them care for one another better and make their best contribution to the flourishing of the community.
