Join Us for Community Days!

Monday, October 2 from 9am-5pm
Tuesday, October 3 from 9am-6:30pm
Wednesday, October 4 from 9am-6:30pm
Thursday, October 5 from 9am-12pm

Please note: Kids are encouraged to attend Community Days at any time. Tuesday and Wednesday evening hours are extended so that kids can join us. Please feel free to stop by during this time for some special kid friendly treats and fun. Employees may attend any day or time during the event, regardless of the date they register for.

Community Days is our largest McKesson volunteer event of the year. When you register, you’re joining colleagues from coast to coast as we show our support for people fighting cancer.

By volunteering at Community Days, you’re helping patients in two important ways:

• The Gift of a Care Package – Small gestures mean a lot to people fighting cancer. That’s why you’ll give your time to create care packages with handcrafted items that reach patients through Giving Comfort, our very own McKesson Foundation program.
  
  
• The Gift of Cancer Services – Transportation, counseling, and lodging can make a big difference for people in treatment. That’s why the McKesson Foundation donates $10 to VCU Massey Cancer Center when you register. You’ll also be counted in the team competition for additional grants and even greater impact.

Whether this is your first Community Days or you are a returning volunteer, you’re contributing to a program that makes a real difference. Since 2012, Giving Comfort has reached more than 80,000 patients across the U.S. and Canada.
