9:45 - 10:00 a.m. Registration and Welcome Sign-in participants, Distribute training materials, Welcome and introduction to the class, 10-10:15 - Introduction to CPR, Overview of the importance of CPR and First Aid, Explanation of AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use, 10:15am - 10:45 am: CPR for Adults, Recognition of cardiac arrest in adults, Hands-only CPR demonstration and practice, Integration of AED use in adult CPR, 10:45-11:00 a.m. - Questions / Wrap up
