Community CPR Course
Overview

Learn CPR at SWFD, this is a FREE course for individual community members. Local groups/businesses: please email cpr@swfd.org for more info.

Bystander CPR has been shown to increase the chance of survival for an individual who experiences sudden cardiac arrest. SWFD offers free courses to its community members to teach CPR and AED protocols, as well as first aid for an individual who is choking.

This is a hands-on course that consists of an instructional video and exam, followed by time to practice CPR measures based on medical emergency scenarios. This class covers protocols for adults, children, and infants.
