About this event

In order to increase community connectivity, we want to explore pathways for peer support and resource sharing with a specific goal of empowering HEZ Collaborative members to reach across zip codes and find inspiration, support, solutions, and common ground. These meetings are facilitated by WWHEZ Community Ambassador and CCHW Michele Mitchell.
