Step into the mythical world of Wagner’s The Ring of the Nibelung with Lyric Opera of Kansas City and Apple Country Club Plaza. Through lively discussion and visual exploration, attendees will journey through the rich tapestry of gods, heroes, and mythical creatures that inhabit this timeless saga. Following the narrative exploration illuminated by Arthur Rackham’s illustrations, unleash your creativity in a drawing workshop led by the Today at Apple team. Whether you're a seasoned opera aficionado or new to Wagner's masterwork, this event promises to be a crucible of creativity.

This Community Conversation will not feature any live musical performances.

Where do I park?

Parking is available south of Apple Country Club Plaza in the Plaza 211 Garage accessible via Wyandotte or Central Streets. Additional street parking may be available.

Are refreshments provided?

Refreshments will not be provided, but we encourage you to grab lunch or a snack on the Plaza before or after!

Do I need to be a practiced artist to attend?

Absolutely not! Everyone will be invited to participate in a comfortable and meaningful way, and nobody will be required to share their work.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes.

Do I need to bring my own iPad?

Apple Country Club Plaza will supply a limited number of iPads, but you are welcome to bring your own!
