<P>Chat with the program founder and lead Community Coach Leonardo Vazquez.  Leo is the Executive Director of The National Consortium for Creative Placemaking, a Visiting Professor of Practice at The Ohio State University, and a Senior Associate for Nishuane Group. He is a multiple award-winning urban planner and a leader in the fields of creative placemaking and culturally competent placemaking. </P>
