May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and there's no better time to learn more about mental health resources in your community. Join NAMI Central Iowa for an informative session where we’ll share who we are, what we do, how we support individuals and families affected by mental illness, and the changes coming in FY 25–26. This class will also provide valuable insights into Tardive Dyskinesia, a condition often associated with long-term use of certain psychiatric medications. Whether you're a community member, caregiver, or professional, this session is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding and get involved.
