Reliable Rent: The Rochester Housing Authority pays their portion of the rent through direct deposit to your bank account.
Lease Up Bonus: Property owners in Opportunity Areas who lease up with a CCD participant will receive a bonus for 50% of one month’s rent.
Expedited Processing: CCD staff will assist with all required paperwork to ensure it is promptly processed by Rochester Housing Authority.
Housing Provider Advocacy: CCD staff will partner with you every step of the way. Staff will be available to you should you have questions, concerns or need support with both Rochester Housing Authority, and the tenant.
