Finalize with additional glutes and core strengthening exercises, and end with active and passive exercises to improve the mobility of your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine.

Calisthenics is body weight strength and mobility training which is accessible to any age and any fitness level! Your body is the only piece of equipment that you need and the world is your gym.

We start with a good warm up (10-1030 am), then get into the training circuit (1030-1110) and cool down with core, glutes and mobility (1110-1130).

Gain muscular endurance, strength, mobility and joint stability by doing planks, hanging, rows, pull ups, push up, rows, squats, leg extensions in order to progress to skills such as muscle ups, the human flag, muscle up, handstands and other arm balancing, levers, planche, pistol squats, nordic curls and more!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

If you want you can bring a mat. You can also bring resistance bands if you have your own. Or even rings!

I am a beginner, will I be able to take this class?

Yes you can take the class as long as you are injury free! If you have a previous injury or you are pregnant or recovering from pregnancy please let Renee know prior to class.

I am actively injured, can I take the class?

I would not recommend you take the class until you are fully healed

I am recovering from an injury, can I take the class?
